You can now directly request an consultation by completing our pre-screen process found here.
After completion of our pre-screen form, we will be able to review your request and possibly accept you as a new patient.
You will receive an email that a patient portal has been created for you upon acceptance, and from there, you can utilize our online booking feature to schedule yourself for an evaluation. This cuts down on the headache of phone-tag, unanswered voicemails and other factors that may hold up booking your appointment.
If we feel that you would not be a good fit for our practice based on your needs, you may not be accepted. This may be due to complexity, needs that we cannot meet (such as more intensive services or monitoring), age of patient that we do not feel competent to treat or other factors. If you are not accepted, please use psychologytoday.com to find a provider who may specialize in your needs.
We cannot provide marijuana cards. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines. We are not open on weekends and we do not provide emergency appointments during hours that we are closed.
We are a teaching practice + you may have contact with a nurse practitioner student. We may reschedule you with a student NP if you are late or miss an appointment.
We are not an emergency service, and cannot provide crisis support or high needs case management services. We recommend all patients have a therapist, and we recommend in an emergency, do not contact the provider - go to the nearest emergency room, call 911 or the crisis line.
