Hello, my name is Maria Donna May Del Mundo (whew!) but you can call me Donna.

 

I am a mother of 2 girls and 1 cat. My hobbies are playing Nintendo Switch and traveling. I specifically like travelling with a motorcycle as it makes me appreciate the view more but we only do that if we are not traveling with kids. I decided to become a medical biller because I've always had a passion for both healthcare and organization. I have experienced hardship and discrimination when I had a miscarriage way back 2014 that is why I understand the importance of insurance and accurate billing to a patient.

I enjoy the meticulous nature of medical billing, where attention to detail is crucial. Helping patients understand their medical expenses, fighting insurance companies and ensureingthat healthcare providers receive proper reimbursement for the services they provide gives me a sense of fulfillment. Becoming a medical biller allows me to combine my passion for healthcare with my organizational skills to make a positive difference in patients' lives.
