Gillian is a mental health pro with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a specialty in Global Addiction Counseling and Rehabilitation. She’s spent over two years as a case manager in an inpatient rehab center, guiding people through the rollercoaster of recovery.

But after enough time chasing clients around the psychiatric ward, Gillian decided to swap the chaos for something a little more chill—content development. Here, she could indulge her passion and still help people without all the drama.

Now, she is on a mission to create resources for anyone looking to understand their mind’s inner workings better or to learn more about their loved one’s mental health condition. Despite claiming to be an introvert, Gillian can be quite talkative, especially when the topics revolve around gaming, geek/nerdy stuff, K-Pop, and cats.
