Mallory is a board-certified psychiatric NP who previously trained with our original NP, Jonathan Frank. Mallory has experience working with adults in the ICU setting. She brings a calm and grounded energy to every situation, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Her positive outlook helps her connect easily with others, and she approaches challenges with optimism and an open mind. Mallory fosters a sense of ease and encouragement in both personal and professional interactions, maintaining a happy, uplifting demeanor even in high-pressure environments. She is deeply committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Her passion lies in creating safe, affirming spaces where individuals can explore their identities, overcome challenges, and thrive. Mallory strives to provide culturally competent and inclusive care that acknowledges and celebrates the unique experiences of this diverse community. Mallory with be working at our North office in person, once a month in Flagstaff & Tempe, as well as virtually.
