Rome is an experienced customer service representative as well as a registered nurse. Driven by his passion to help, he takes pride in providing the best client support possible. As our registered nurse, his goals include making a comfortable conversation when setting appointments, making sure that patient medical records current, and filing them correctly. Rome brings an empathetic and easygoing communication style, and a sweet sense of humor, making it easy for him to talk to patients and family members. 

Rome is one of the greatest fans of the LORD OF THE RINGS TRILOGY and has six cats named after the movie's famous characters. 

And ohh, he may have also named his daughter after GALADRIEL (an elf). We now know that his wife is aware of this, and his daughter is freaking cute.​
