Somatic Practitioner, Coach and Ketamine Guide
Since 2010, Sharmyn has been helping people throughout the valley find a deeper sense of ease and comfort in their own skin. She is a somatic practitioner and coach who centers the body in the process of change, working with patterns shaped through early experience and attachment—especially those that persist long after insight is already there. She supports individuals who are often thoughtful, self-aware, and therapy-experienced, yet still find themselves repeating familiar internal and relational dynamics, drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, touch-based somatic therapy, and integrative parts work to access and shift what lives beneath cognition.
As a ketamine guide, Sharmyn creates a steady, well-held container that supports a safe and meaningful process. She offers attuned presence and responsive care when needed, recognizing that each experience is unique and meeting the individual in what arises, while honoring the wisdom of the medicine and the mind.
She works in collaboration with prescribing providers and therapists, supporting the ketamine experience itself while clients engage in preparation and integration within their broader care team.
Sharmyn is curious, relational, and grounded in her approach, with deep respect for each person’s autonomy and inner intelligence. She understands that healing does not happen in a vacuum and brings a commitment to care rooted in dignity, equity, and a belief that healing is both personal and collective. You might vibe with her if you think human rights are nonnegotiable.
