Prior Authorization Specialist
June focuses specifically on prior authorizations..in other words, this is the guy trying to get your insurance to pay for your medications. He's kinda a big deal.

Thea is a Virtual Medical Assistant who handles medical records, phone calls, prior authorizations.. and networks with our community to ensure we have connections for referrals.

Thea is fluent in English, Tagalog and Bisaya.

Michelle is our credentialing specialist - she works alongside our billing and support team to ensure that our providers are in network with your insurance company.
​
She also may be seen helping out our support team during downtime!
​
Zerry is our social media manager. If you see any cool graphics being posted, have replies on instagram or see any hilarious mental health memes, it's all her.
Zerry brings the fun energy to our team that we all need.
